1-How do I earn points?
Step 1: Click on "View Available Offers" on the left menu to see a list of current offers. You should complete an offer by following the requirements listed below each offer. You can complete the offers listed in the country category for the country that you reside in. The newest offers are listed on the first few pages.
Step 2: Most offers requires you to complete a survey, signup for a site or otherwise view and navigate through a list of offers. When a offer guideline asks you to complete or signup, that means you need to input your information on the offer website. Some offers require the use of a cellphone or a credit card to purchase a product. You should complete each offer as far as you are interested while following the directions listed in the offers description.
Step 3: Once you have completed an offer, you can close the offer browser window. You can see how many points were earned by clicking on View Completed Offers. Credited offers will be listed on this page. Offers may take up to 24 hrs to credit.
2-How do i make sure i am going to be credited??
You can increase your chance of getting credited for offers by:
* Make sure to complete each offer with real information.
* Use another browser to see if you are more likely to be credited.
* Make sure that you are not using a pre paid credit card or pre paid cell phone.
* Use a brand new email when completing offers. The email must still be yours however it does not have to be the email you registered with.
* Clear your cookies before completing offers. We recommend CCleaner.
* Temporarily disable any anti-spyware/anti-virus/firewall programs that may be blocking cookies.
* Temporarily disable any ad blocking programs that may be blocking cookies.
* Make sure your browser accepts cookies. Read Accepting Cookies.
* Make sure that once you have clicked through to an offer, complete the requirements fully before clicking to another site or closing the browser window.
3-How long does it take to receive a prize? Prizes typically take between 0-3 days to process and order will arrive in 4-5 days including waiting time.
4-How will I Get my prizes? How long will it take.
Most game codes are sent via email while physical items are shipped to you. Please add support@prizerebel.com to your email address book or safe senders list.
Emailed prizes and In Game prizes are sent within 2-3 business days. Shipped prizes can take 7-14 days for delivery. Once a prize has been processed, we cannot cancel the order, refund the points or exchange the prize item. If you do not receive an item after 14 days, please open a support ticket and let us know. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know.
5- Why was my prize cancelled?
Your prize claim was cancelled because it was either missing part of the shipping address or you are asking us to ship the item to a country outside of the United States. For mesos prize, your prize claim could be cancelled if you gave us an invalid username or server information. For international shipping, please read the custom prize page.No shipping to po boxes
